Thank you for supporting Doug Freeman’s artwork. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review the shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and related terms.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. This may include:
Protective sleeves or wrapping
Rigid mailers or reinforced boxes
Cushioning materials to prevent movement during transit
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork and limited editions, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
